Promenade clearance works at Milford-on-Sea will commence on Monday 16th of March, with a planned completion date of Friday 27th March, ahead of the Easter period.
The works will be undertaken by Earlcoate Ltd and will involve clearing shingle from the promenade areas and returning it to the beach. To ensure public safety, temporary fencing and signage will be installed to restrict access to active working areas. A small compound will be set up in Hurst Road West Amenity car park. Working hours will be 07:00 to 17:00. No work will be undertaken at weekends.
Work will be carried out to minimise disruption, but please be aware there will be temporary closures to sections of the promenade while works are being carried out.
