Many thanks to the coastal team at New Forest District Council who have completed the first phase of repair works to a short section of seawall at Milford-on-Sea.
Over the last few weeks, over 1,300 tonnes of rock amour were delivered to site. The coastal team and contractors have placed around 550 tonnes of this in front of the concrete seawall near Hurst Road East car park, creating a temporary barrier to help protect from storms and erosion.
